Mobile App Terms of Service

1. About Super Reel Travel

Super Reel Travel provides a platform for travel discovery, planning and collaboration using short-form video and curated content. Certain features may allow users to save trips, collaborate with others, and (where available) book travel products via third-party providers. Super Reel Travel Limited is incorporated in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using Super Reel Travel, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

4. Use of the Services

You may use Super Reel Travel for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Services;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;

We reserve the right to restrict access where we reasonably believe these conditions have been breached.

5. Content

Super Reel Content

All intellectual property in Super Reel Travel (including the app, website, software, branding and original content) belongs to Super Reel. You may share content (including videos, comments, or trip ideas).

User Content

You may upload or share your content (including videos, comments, or trip ideas).

By doing so, you grant Super Reel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and promote that content within the Services. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the app for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not transfer ownership. Your licence automatically terminates if you breach these Terms, and we may revoke it at any time for operational or legal reasons. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Automatic Updates

To ensure security, performance and feature improvements, Super Reel Travel may automatically download and install updates to your device, subject to your device settings. You may stop receiving updates by uninstalling the app.

8. Travel Information & Bookings

Super Reel provides discovery and planning tools. Where booking functionality is offered:

• Bookings are fulfilled by third-party travel providers (e.g. hotels, fitness establishments, live act venue, activity partners);
• Super Reel acts as a facilitator or affiliate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Availability, pricing and fulfilment are controlled by those providers and subject to their terms. Super Reel is not the travel provider unless clearly stated.

9. No Professional Advice

Content on Super Reel Travel is provided for general information and inspiration only. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for any particular trip. You should independently verify travel details before booking.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to third-party websites or platforms. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Super Reel Travel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required for legal or operational reasons.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Reel is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses;
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity;
• Issues arising from third-party travel providers;
• Decisions made based on content within the Services.

The Services are provided "as is".

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
